"Privoxy" is a 3rd party program and not part of Windows XP. You might want to go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and remove this program. If you still think you need this program, try re-installing it from Sourceforge < http://sourceforge.net/projects/ijbswa >HTH, JW
